Game Formats

Winnable Solitaire comes in a variety of formats with more on the way. Note that all games are winnable in all formats. Currently we provide:
7 x SW
This is our unique "winnable" version of Klondike which features a few minor changes which make the game much more winnable but without losing any of the basic flavor of Klondike. First, the stock pile keeps auto-rotating instead of stopping at the end. This means as long as the count of cards in the stock pile is a non-multiple of three you'll have access to all the stock cards by riffling through the stock repeatedly. As you pass through multiples of three you had better be careful though as you'll only be able to access the traditional every third card. Also, this variant features our graduated difficulty deals which tend to bury high ranked cards deeper in the piles when you've won only a few games in a row. As you run up a bigger streak, the deals become progressively more random and on average harder.
7 x SWX
The eXtreme version of "Winnable", this is exactly the same as the 7 x SW above but without the graduated difficulty feature. All deals are random. This is for hard core folks who don't want to mess with the less challenging weighted deals.
7 x SC
This is essentially Classic Klondike, with the graduated difficulty deals. The stock has the traditional behavior.
7 x SCX
This is the eXtreme version of Classic, with completely random deals. These games are all solvable by our computer solver but you'll have a hard time with them, trust me.

Current Streaks

This tally shows the current high rollers in the standard streak department. A streak of course is how many games you've won in a row without blowing one. We have logic to age out folks who've found themselves in a losing game but just don't have the gumption to quit out of it.

All Time Streaks

These streaks may no longer be active, but they are the best the particular players have achieved in their auspicious NetCELL careers.

Daily Streaks

This new category tracks how many games in a row a person has won in one 24 hour day EST. If you win 35 games in a row on a particular day, but blow it below day's end, you're still on the board for the 35. Of course if you're obsessive (no one here like that), you could run up a second much better streak, and that would then take precedence.
